Information regarding treatment types, preparation requirements, aftercare and frequently asked questions can be found on the Gold Beautique website.

Eyelash Treatment Consultations & Patch Testing
A patch test must be completed at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
It is the client's responsibility to book and attend a patch test before their appointment.
Patch tests can be booked free of charge through:
www.goldbeautique.com/bookonline
A patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur.
If you experience any signs of a reaction following a patch test or treatment, you must contact Gold Beautique Ltd as soon as possible.
If a reaction is severe, you should seek medical attention immediately.
Gold Beautique Ltd reserves the right to refuse treatment where a patch test has not been completed when required.

Eyelash Extensions
Treatment Selection
Clients must ensure they have booked the correct eyelash extension treatment.
Gold Beautique Ltd offers different eyelash extension services, and each treatment has different results, maintenance requirements and expected longevity.
Clients should consider their desired look, natural lash condition and maintenance requirements when selecting a treatment.

Eyelash Extensions – Infills
Gold Beautique Ltd does not infill eyelash extensions applied by another lash technician or salon.
Clients attending with existing eyelash extensions from elsewhere may be required to have a removal and a new set applied.
Infills are suitable where approximately 50% of eyelash extensions remain.
If less than 50% of extensions remain, the appointment will be classed as a new full set.
Clients must book the correct appointment time.
If insufficient time has been booked to complete the required treatment, Gold Beautique Ltd reserves the right to cancel the appointment and the deposit will be lost.

Mini Fills
A “mini fill” is not intended to be used as a regular method of maintaining eyelash extensions.
If your previous eyelash extension appointment was more than two weeks ago, you must book a standard infill appointment.
Booking an incorrect appointment type may result in your treatment not being completed within the allocated time and your deposit may be lost.

Express Individual & Express Cluster Lashes

Natural Lash Health
Eyelash extensions are applied to the natural eyelashes and results depend on the condition, strength and growth cycle of the client's natural lashes.
Gold Beautique Ltd will assess the condition of the natural eyelashes before treatment.
Where the natural eyelashes are unsuitable, damaged or too weak to safely complete the treatment, Gold Beautique Ltd reserves the right to refuse or modify the service.

Cannot guarantee that lashes will return immediately to their original appearance.
-
May not completely remove the lift or curl.
-
Depends on the condition and natural growth cycle of the eyelashes.
