We have worked tirelessly to bring you the best possible training to jump start you on your way to being a beautician. We offer training in Individual Eyelash Extensions, Strip, Cluster & Express extensions, Russian Volume Extensions, Lower Lash Extensions and Lash Lifts & Tints.

All of our courses are fully accredited by ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists). Once you have obtained your certificate and are fully insured, you will be able to perform the treatment on the public. Prior to receiving your certificate, it is strongly advised that you obtain student insurance. You will need to check with your preferred insurer and local authority that the course is covered by their terms and conditions.

 

 There are many courses available to suit your needs, we offer 1:1 training, 2:1 training or group training. Please read the specific course information and requirements for each course. Mobile courses are available, please contact Gold Beautique for these.

BEAUTY COACHING

Natural Beauty

We also offer beauty coaching, this is perfect for anyone who feels they need some 1 to 1 support or would like an introduction to the world of beauty. We offer 2, 3 or 4 hour coaching blocks to really help you to perfect your skills. Coaching can be provided for the following areas Strip, Individual Express Lashes and Cluster Lashes, Individual Eyelash Extensions, Russian Volume Extensions, Lower Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, Brow tint and Waxing, Henna Brows, Spray Tanning, Hot and Warm Waxing and Advance Waxing.

We also offer coaching in Semi Permanent Make-up.

Hair Salon

All courses include anatomy and physiology, essential legislation, sterilization methods, contra-indications & contra-actions, consultation, patch testing and record keeping requirements, tools and equipment, a step by step guide of how to carry out the treatment and aftercare.

BUSINESS AND MARKETING

Every course also comes with valuable business and marketing information to help you to maximise your services and grow your business. You will also have access to supplier information to save you time and money on trialing new products.

Skill Set

All basic courses are tailored for complete beginners, it can take you a little while to build up skills, perfect your new craft and to have the confidence to work on the public but we offer continued support for 1 year to our students from the date of purchase of the course. 

Some courses do require previous qualifications, please check each individual course page for the requirements.

Our maximum class sizes will be 8.

Refresher Days

We hold refresher days for any troubleshooting issues you may have (this is only available for booked courses). You will need to book your place on these days via a non-refundable deposit of £20 to secure your place. This can be purchased from the online shop. Contact us for upcoming refresher days.

To book a course please fully read the individual course page, the terms and conditions & code of conduct. Once you have booked your course you will receive  the course materials within 48 hours.

Performing beauty treatments requires a good eye for detail, it is highly recommended that you visit your local optometrist for your latest prescription or bring your glasses.

Mannequins

 

Students, Models & Mannequin 
 

On the practical training day we will go over all the necessary requirements to pass this course. We believe that it is important to know how the treatments feels and students are expected to receive treatments as a part of their training. If you are completing a 1:1 course, where possible provide a model. 

 

 You or your model will be required to take patch test 48 hours before the course and fill in a consultation form. If you are unable to receive any treatments yourself, where possible we recommend that you bring a model (your model will also need to receive a patch test and fill in the relevant consultation form 48 hours prior to treatment).

 

The model will not be able to sit in on training but we will provide you with a preferred time of arrival. Where it is not possible to bring a model, we will try to accommodate a model for you, if Gold Beautique Ltd is unable to provide a model we will use fellow course attendees or practice on a mannequin. Patch tests can be booked in via the online bookings page or you can patch test your model by purchasing the necessary materials from the manuals supplier list. 

COURSE MATERIALS

Our course materials will be available via PDF and Microsoft Word. You will need to ensure you have this software to access the courses.
