Please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients who are late will be subject to cancellation if the remaining time does not allow for the full treatment to be carried out. In some cases a cancellation fee will be required.

All appointments require a non refundable deposit. Please read the full terms and conditions prior to booking.

You will need to complete a consultation form prior to your appointment. You will also need to familiarise yourself with the appointment instructions and after care. You must keep your therapist informed of any changes in your health when you return for repeat treatments.

Failure to adhere to the before and aftercare will affect the life of your treatment.

Aftercare 

  

Failure to follow the below advice may lead to treatment complications or affect the desired results. If you have any other queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your therapist.

  • Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated

  • Avoid touching the treated area

  • Avoid laying down or bending over for 4 – 6 hours after the treatment

  • Do not drink alcohol, caffine, hot drinks or spicy food for 24 – 48 hours

  • Do not exercise or sweat for 24 – 48 hours

  • Do not use steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools or sun beds for 24 hours

  • Do not apply make-up, retinol or abrasive skin products for 24 – 48 hours

  • Avoid facials, facial massage, waxing, chemical peels, skin needling, microdermabrasion, Semi Permanent Make-Up, IPL or laser treatments for 2 weeks after treatment

  • If you

If you have significant swelling, difficulty swallowing or speaking contact your therapist as soon as possible

If you have any adverse medical reaction, seek medical help immediately.
